Katie Bronski: The brisket is superb! The bbq sauce is amazing! Really cant go wrong with the meat!
Food Network: This BBQ joint cranks out 30 tons of 'cue a year, from spareribs and chicken, to pulled pork and classic Texas brisket. Don't leave without trying the fire-torched salsa! Read more.
Doreen Cadd: The brisket is excellent! Ask what sides they have that day, they aren't always on the menu. The Mac & Cheese with green chilies is amazing!
Emily Risher: Had the BBQ Trio. Great choice if you want a little taste of everything! (Pork, ribs, and brisket)
Robert Leary: I want to like this place so badly. It's really beautiful. The staff are ok, but food fails 'cause it's trying too hard to be Southern . However, you must try their house Bloody Mary! Brisket on top!
Morgan Rusnak: Bloody Mary has a big ol' chunk of brisket on it and is to die for.

Cooper Francis: Best beef pho I've had in Portland! Can't go wrong with the 9 (brisket).
Zack Rock: Special super bowl is Pho at it's best! Large bowl, fresh Thai basil, sprouts, and lime on the side! Fatty brisket and honeycomb tripe best I've ever had!
Kat 🐱: The broth of the Special Beef Pho is very flavorful and I like how the briskets are on the fatty side. Also, highly recommend the Avocado smoothie with boba (half sugar)!

AD Nys: Don't sleep on the daily farmers market special curries, like Tumeric Mussels and Brisket green curry. Perfect with draft beer and cider.
Jonathan Snook: The brisket curry special was fantastic. Nice and spicy.
Olivia Marshall: I always get the curry & roti sets. Bf is hooked on the (spicy) brisket curry. Saw a tip to try to Muu Hong so I went for it and 5 days later I’m still thinking about it. Coming back soon for more :)
Eric Longstaff: Awesome pork sandwich with baked beans. They just opened and was told they would have beer and brisket as a meat option soon.
Fernando Melendez: The not-so-good: BBQ sauce that came with Brisket had a lot of coarse ground blk pepper. Overpowering. Potato salad had way too much dill, too. Will try again for the Pulled Pork.
Natalie Marioni: 2 Meats and 2 Sides for $24. Beef brisket was good but pork shoulder was too dry. This was easily enough for 3 people.

Michael Blank-Delaney: Smoked brisket was amazing on tacos and nachos. The ceviche was killer.
Eater: Rodney Muirhead's expertise with meats shines through in dishes like brisket enchiladas, carne asada tacos, and rib tips in broth; bartender Kevin Ludwig shakes up his signature carrot margarita.
Bridget Barron: Carnitas tacos are fabulous! Brisket are good as well, tho a little on the strong side. Also recommend trying the queso dip.
Angela Wangela: Try the Beef Pho With Brisket - Complex broth, great price
Ian Ryan: Quick service, delicious pho, and a good (but busy) atmosphere, especially during warm weather when the front is open. I recommend the meatball and brisket pho. So damn good.
