Had the Texas beef brisket sandwich and it was a total disappointment! Brisket was extremely dry and had no taste apparently was cooked hours ago. This place is over rated. Will never eat here again!!

I want to like this place so badly. It's really beautiful. The staff are ok, but food fails 'cause it's trying too hard to be Southern . However, you must try their house Bloody Mary! Brisket on top!

Special super bowl is Pho at it's best! Large bowl, fresh Thai basil, sprouts, and lime on the side! Fatty brisket and honeycomb tripe best I've ever had!
The broth of the Special Beef Pho is very flavorful and I like how the briskets are on the fatty side. Also, highly recommend the Avocado smoothie with boba (half sugar)!
Don't sleep on the daily farmers market special curries, like Tumeric Mussels and Brisket green curry. Perfect with draft beer and cider.
I always get the curry & roti sets. Bf is hooked on the (spicy) brisket curry. Saw a tip to try to Muu Hong so I went for it and 5 days later I’m still thinking about it. Coming back soon for more :)

Awesome pork sandwich with baked beans. They just opened and was told they would have beer and brisket as a meat option soon.
The not-so-good: BBQ sauce that came with Brisket had a lot of coarse ground blk pepper. Overpowering. Potato salad had way too much dill, too. Will try again for the Pulled Pork.
2 Meats and 2 Sides for $24. Beef brisket was good but pork shoulder was too dry. This was easily enough for 3 people.

Brisket & chicken were a bit dry. Didn't see the smoke ring layer on the chicken. Iced tea unsweetened tasted like it was made from powder. Sweetened iced tea tasted like spoiled - not tasting fresh.

Quick service, delicious pho, and a good (but busy) atmosphere, especially during warm weather when the front is open. I recommend the meatball and brisket pho. So damn good.
