Garden State is open til 8 in the summer and has incredible meatball sandwichs. you can take the food cart food into the next door pub.

Great brews, casual space. Seems very popular place in the hood so get there early.
Awesome grilled cheese and chipotle tomato soup. Little pricey for the burgers and sandwiches. Good veg options and don't charge extra for a portobello or veggie patties.

AMAZING vegan cheesy bread. They have 3 different types of vegan cheese you can choose from. Get a side of the dill ranch for dipping. Had to come back for more!
This place is kind of weird. Think sports bar circa 1992. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Not really gourmet. More like standard sports bar pizza. Staff is super friendly though.
Pizza, calzone, chicken wings, sandwiches, customer service and people are awesome.
Great pizza and a decent beer and spirits menu. Leslie makes a mean fresh squeezed coctail.

WW Cheap Eats 2011 favorites: the "Alberta" ($20.40) and pizza slices ($2.95 for cheese, $3.95 for the daily special).
Open Tues-Sat 11am to 9pm, Sun 4pm to 9pm and closed Monday. They serve by the slice all day and sells beer and wine to go so you can grab a pie and your beer and the same time. Read more.

Everything is good, but my favorite is the fettucine Alfredo.
The pizza is great and the IP A's are good too. You can have a few and try the rest! Leave a good tip the staff is very cool.
Get $1.50 slices and $2.50 wells after 9PM.
