Local local - food is way bette than you would expect - the smoked wings are great and the greens are some of the best I've had - and I always try them if they're on the menu. Not fancy, not trendy.

Ribs, greens and roasted corn make for a terrific lunch. All elements were delicious on their own, they combined to make an amazing meal.

Of the 8 tasters I ordered (ALL very good), my favorites were the Vintage Apricot, Bourbon Honey Ginger Lime, and Chocolate Bourbonic. Highly recommend ordering the Dark and White Chocolates to pair!
Undoubtedly the best brewery in PDX. 10-12 sours on tap, all absolutely phenomenal.
The beers aren't all sours... But they are the best beers on tap. ;) Make sure to try The Vine and Noyeaux. Magnifique!
