Tenderloin sashimi with sake, mirin, apple jam and ginger is a must try. The steak tartare is also one of the most fresh first courses I've ever tried.
Nice, fresh and vibrant. The tuna sashimi with coriander is a perfect start followed by the only mozzarela bar in Prague. The regular menu is very good. Wine prices are really high.
