Colm Linehan: Tasting menu was very good, apart from a mis-fire on the lamb dish. Steak was gorgeous, duck salad with clementines very nice too.
Stephanie DeDecker: Great steakhouse and seafood restaurant in Reykjavik. Got the whale, it was delicious
Mark Munro: Meat gourmet is 💯. Execution is impeccable here - bread, butter, tea is all memorable. Vegan peanut steak is fantastic for vegetarians.

Konstantin Korf: Great lobster soup and minke whale steak!
Mary Quite Contrary: Lobster bisque is a must. Their fish skewers are tasty and tender. If you're feeling adventurous, try the whale steak... It's gamey.
Ginno Bergunio: Lobster soup, whale steak, tusk - fish kebabs plus a gull tall can and your GOLDEN!

Rebecca G: The Vegan Nut Steak is one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. Ditto for the white chocolate cheesecake. Nomnomnom
Yuri Koldaev: Photo: Beef x2 - really tasty. Cheesecake is very good too. If you like risotto, try the "Set Menu" combo. If your group is really hungry, go for the "Tasting Menu".
Jeff Melnyk: Wonderful menu. The ribeye was great. Loved the design too - a mix of wood, metal, stone and bone.

Carter Stewart: If you are looking in Reykjavick for somewhere with a warm friendly feeling, and a hearty menu full of local favourites this is the place! Try Minky Whale shashimi style or as a peppered steak!
Koen Kjartan Van de Putte: One of the best restaurants in Reykjavik. THE place to eat a whale steak.
Elizabeth: While I was timid to try/eat the horse, whale steak, & whale sashimi.. I tried it all & it was delicious. The horse steak is a must try! The whale sashimi taste like tuna tartare & whale steal was ok

Dimitris Vergitsis: Shelfish soup, meat soup, cod with shampagne sauce and lamb ribeye were all great!!
Miguel Roberto Mangligot: Had the traditional lamb soup, braised beef cheeks and the rhubarb cake. All really great. The beef cheeks in particular made the meal for me! Very soft, tender and flavourful!

Nathalie Bosshard: Rib eye beef- the greatest!
Nathalie Bosshard: The rib eye steak is one of the best i've ever had- who thought id have to come to iceland to find the steak of my life?
Brian Wells: Excellent place, just off the strip. Very cozy, and decent prices. The catch of the day was amazing. The beef bourguignon was over-cooked and tough. Stick with the seafood & you'll love it.

Taci O.S.: My favorite starter was the cured goose&smoked beef tongue. During the winter starters range from ISK 2.400-3.390 and main courses ISK 4.280-6.970. Puffin and whale are not always available(seasonal).
Michael Huang: The food wasn't bad, per se, but for the price I expected much more. I had the beef chuck roast and duck leg. Seemed like something I could make myself at home. Very salty. Would not come back.
Jamie Bunce: Excellent and friendly service. The food combinations were delicious. The pistachio cake was especially good for those with a sweet tooth.
