The fried catfish taste like the box it's frozen in. Thought this was a one time thing but it happened again hush puppies are hard and chewy. I won't go there again.
The red beans and rice, boudin and gumbo are all delish! :) the fried crawlfish is so good and the alligator is scrumptious! Definitely a fan! (Picture is cup a gumbo)

Been searching for The Great Chicken-fried Steak since moving back to Texas. After visit here, still looking. Overcooked onion rings and undercooked French fries as well. Service was very good, though
