Try the golden triangles and for desert fried banana with green tea ice cream not coconut, it's a taste bud sensation. It also has very nice ambiance complemented with good euro music.

Spicy noodle and Thai fried rice with tofu spicy level #10 is the bomb. The restaurant closes at 3 PM and opens back up at 5 PM. Parking is very limited!

The E-San Classic Set with Moo Yang [Grilled Pork Shanks] is great for garlic lovers and the Boat Noodles are a great way to warm up on a cold day. Don't leave without sticky rice for dessert!
Lunch specials are great! Yellow curry is awesome and so is sweet &sour. Hot means super hot here so be careful.
When determining how spicy you want your dish, choose a number between 1 to 10 (10 being inferno spicy) and subtract by 2. Their spiciness can get out of hand!

Favorite special is the ginger chicken, light and delicious flavors. Crab rangoon, Pad Sew Ee, and any curry are my other favorites. Go there at least once a week. Owner, Paul, is a great guy!

This place is a hidden gem in Mission Valley. The food is fantastic the family who works here also owns it, they know your name and your pervious order. Great service!

Food was very good and authentic. Loved the pad-see-ewe. Careful though, if you're not into spicy food, level one can be very spicy in the yellow curry. If you love spicy food: COME HERE!
The most authentic Thai food I've had outside of Thailand! There's only a few tables here, so snag one early or prepare to take it home with you.
Flavor and heat mingle deliciously at this no-frills Thai joint. The curries and noodles are above par but the catfish or duck larb and raw beef salad are really something special. [Eater 38 Member]

This restaurant possesses ambiance that is sure to satisfy. I recommend the Lotus pho which is a clean, light and plentiful stocked soup. No traditional pho sauces but delicious regardless.
Vegetable yellow curry is one of my favorites at Star Anise.
