Best ribs in town. Ribs not your thing? The Hawaiian ribeye steak is out if this world. Formally called Houston's, (same company) Hillstone is always consistently good with curious wait staff.

Beef tongue, fried oysters, tuna tartare, fried rice, beef ribs, game hen - basically everything. Savories are better than desserts. IMHO one of the best and funnest bay area restaurants in years.
The General Tso's Veal Rib and the Pork Belly are absolutely amazing.
General Tso's Veal Rib is fantastic; fav dish was prob the Squid Ink Pasta with Lamb Chorizo. Wow.
What's not good here? Love the thrice cooked bacon, beef brisket & broccoli, egg-egg noodles, squid ink noodles, shrimp pea dumplings and basically everything else. Toss it down with a few Tsing Taos.
The Pho soup & Bbq Spareribs are superb!
Short rib's a must have, but also don't forgot the churros and cotton candy!
Cellophane noodles with Dungeness crab are a must!! Pork ribs in hoisin sauce are good to share as an appetizer
Go to Art's Cafe and get a hash brown sandwich. Bonus points for getting it with bulgogi and rice instead of toast. (3x multiplier for liberal gochujang application and eggstack)
My favorite low-key diner in the city! The hashbrown sandwich is ridiculous. Get the beef teriyaki. It's actually Korean style bulgogi.
It's worth waiting for a spot at this counter-only mom-and-pop diner; their hash brown sandwich (with bulgogi) is genius.
get the bg: house brisket cheddar cheese sport peppers house slaw pickles pickled red onion board sauce sweet french. this is truly everything i want in a sandwich.
Don't forget, you can always mix-and-match meats (e.g. brisket + pastrami, or brisket + pastrami + salami). They'll proportion the sandwich correctly so it's just the right amount of overwhelming.
Any sandwich with their melt-in-your mouth meats (pastrami, brisket, corned beef) is delectable.
