Andrew Lam: The Niman Ranch burger + duck fat fries is worthy of all the hype. Fancy dinner service, but it's casual at lunch: you'll be rubbing elbows with the yummy mummies of Pac Heights. Take-out service too.
Bommy: Fancy spot but just sit at the bar and order the burger on an english muffin with fries.
