The vegetarian samusa soup, tea leaf salad, and chicken with fresh mint can’t be missed!
Like everyone else I’m obsessed with the tea leaf salad and the chicken with fresh mint + side of coconut rice is 🔥. It’s the first restaurant I want to go to whenever I’m in SF.
My favorite: Chicken & Fresh Mint with coconut rice!

Like the smidge sizes. Hit or miss on the flavors. Loved the Fresh Mint Chip - literally tastes like freshly crushed mint. So refreshing!

Delicious food, chill out atmosphere, this is what I call a neighborhood gem. Get the lentils and hummus bowl.
Great gourmet food made in house. Always busy during office lunch hours due to the close proximity of UCSF. Johnny (owner) is down to earth, caring, and potentially will play a song on his keyboard.
Some of the best sandwiches have been from this funny, little corner store. There's wi-fi, and say hey to David. He's great!

The front room is a great place to watch the city pass by while imbibing first rate classic cocktails served by a charming bartender. The olives are darn tasty too.
This address has housed a bar of some description since 1907, and it feels like it. Think classic cocktails, abundant antiques, some live jazz, and the dress code is, blessedly, Fedora optional.
Menu changes daily, super cheap and always delicious. Get a cookie or pastry, you won't regret it!

the ice cubes in their iced coffee are MADE OUT OF FROZEN ICED COFFEE. THIS IS THE BEST THING!
The verdura lasagna is amazing (all the lasagnas are wonderful but verdura is my favorite). For a change from lasagna try the ravioli alla romana... And get some bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
Quite an amazing menu for lunch, their specialty, with a dinner menu 'to go' from 3:30-6:30.
You can't go wrong with their truffle ravioli, any of the lasagna, and caprese salad. After the meal, enjoy espresso made all'italiana
Afternoon tea for two, with champagne was lovely. Had the 100 anniversary tea...loved the florals and warm scones :) The Pear finger sandwich was my favorite.

There’s nothing more civilized than weekend afternoon tea. Especially if you consume the finger sandwiches and scones amid the splendiferous turn-of-the-century trappings.
Whiskey, craft beer, and hummus. Plus extras. What more could you want? I love this store.

Terzo is wonderful :) Must try their steak. The small plates are so tasty too! Great portions :)
