VegNews Magazine: Mmm, Quesadillas de Calabaza. Warm butternut squash and caramelized onions fill two fluffy tortillas, while the house-made cashew nacho cheese and pumpkin seed salsa make this dish entrée-worthy.
SFist: It's totally vegan, which can get confusing for newbies who don't know what the "nacho cheese" is. Skip the "Caesar" salad, which contains neither anchovies nor parmesan, and therefore is useless. Read more.
