When they ask you if you want your quiche warmed for 1 min in the micro or 5 in the oven, hold out for the oven.
I'd like to second the tip to hold out for the oven! Wish I had seen this tip first...quiches and microwaves (anything in microwaves, really) don't mix! Mushy quiche is no way to enjoy fine quiche.
Order a quiche. Do not opt for the microwave. Breathe deeply. Contemplate the world for a few more minutes. Enjoy.
