Markus Spiering: Super friendly staff, yummy dishes and a great selection of Italian wine. Try the Lasagna and the Arugula salad and finish your evening up with one of their delicious desert wines.

polynesian metal: Pick up a bottle of screwtop wine some artisan chrese, sourdough and salumi and picnic at Coit Tower. The tourists will be all "Why didn't we think of that?"
CJ: It's hard to go wrong here w/all of their offerings of wine, sandwiches (spicy turkey is my fav), cheese, olive oil, and the kouign amanns from Oakland's Starter Bakery. Next to do: Wine Club!
Salvador: The iced coffee great.

Colin Kennedy: Try the Salumi Platter - Amazing
Katherine M.: This is one of our top 3 pizzas in the bay, though it fell a little flat last time. Fresh corn pizza in the summer. Love the goddess salad too, when they have it.
Niki Baker of foreignspell: Atomica is our constant favorite, but we had the Brussels sprout one tonight and holy moly. Also, check this dessert heaven. Most delicious mascarpone!

J John: The pizza here is top-3 in San Francisco, maybe even number one (the crust is just perfect). Pasta made from scratch, great salumi appetizers, and a short rib fetucine to die for. Amazing service, A++
An Sheng: Squid ink pasta, wagyu toast, salumi board, panna cotta, chocolate budino, fig cake 💯
Eater: Since it opened, F+W has been making waves with its sophisticated pizzas and pasta, but even more impressive is that it's lived up to the hype. [Eater 38 Member] Read more.

Matt Rowles: Cheese and salumi board for days bro
Danielle Ebstein: Authentic spot in a sketch area! You will be served "pinsa's" not pizza. Essentially a pizza on a pita like flat bread. Roman style and v. unique. Would recommend trying as it is something different.
Kait Gaiss: Just went here the other night and loved it! Charming and authentic. Plus, they don't serve pizza, they serve pinsa, which is an easier-to-digest flatbread meaning you can eat MORE OF IT.

Kate Benson: Go to Starbelly and order the salumi plate...the chorizo is to die for!
Yasmin: Might be one of my favorite spots in the Castro. Love the back patio area, too. I dream about their brussels sprouts, and beets. Order a few small plates then share their mushroom pizza. Yum!
Renato Valdes Olmos: Get your burger 'Doc' style. You will not regret this decision for as long as you live.
