Ambiance is great, service also. The cocktail menu is not very large but the bartenders can prepare things not on the menu and also make drinks up on the spot.

La cocina está abierta hasta tarde y también abre los domingo. No tienen "un" o "el" chef. Las recetas son de un libro de cocina. Salvo el tártaro de salmón (le falta enjundia, tostadas, etc) , RICO!!

El chef del Normandie se fue después de mucho tiempo a abrir un restaurant propio. Se llama Le Bistrot, queda al frente del Rivoli y no defrauda para nada, siempre que evites el Pisco Sour ;)
Exquisita la comida, pastas frescas, postres : pannacotta y muzzarella exquisitos! Totalmente recomendado!
