Recommend to book a room at Executive floor with Han river view - view from rooms are fantastic and evening cocktails at Lounge is very good spread. Look out for choice of wine and beers.

Really nice lounge but its so unfriendly, none if the staff talk they just do their job. The girls are very pretty but are do business like.
Definitely upscale lounge. They serve you for everything. They do t like it when you help yourself! Food quality is high - at least for the tea time.
Excellent lounge, so many different nibble options. This is my fave of the 2 JW lounges in SEOUL. Dongdaemun’s JW is much smaller.

라운지 조식은 AM6시30분부터 10시까지이구요해피아워는 PM5시30분부터 7시30분까지네요. 음식 다양하구요. 전망이 워낙 굿이라 행복한 주말 저녁을 계획하신다면 괜츈합니다^^

Just reopened after a 10 month makeover. Lounge is pretty much unchanged. Italian rest. and shops gone. New are Hakone (Japanese) restaurant and Grand Deli. Grand Kitchen moved to 1F between the two.
The lounge is ok at best. Ambassador membership will get you a suite. Restaurants here aren't anything to shout about - visit the mall instead.
The Bar Lounge is great with free wifi...but the drinks are quiet expensive. They use to make a Happy hours buffet almost every day from 5 to 9pm: cost 60,000 Wons

Excellent service, facilities and staff. Executive lounge rooms definetly worth extra price. Perfect Swimming pool, quiet and not crowded most of the time.

Try evening cocktails from 5 to 7 pm great wine and alcohol bev selection. Don't forget to look around the fridges around the lounge - it has got cold snacks, fruits,, beers, soft drinks and juices.
Same items morning and evening weekly.. be careful on the weekends as locals flood the lounge for stay-cations and get wasted at evening reception,

The club lounge is ok. The room facilities are a little dated. People stay here for conventions at the COEX. The restaurant serves pretty good food (with great views).
1st floor Asian restaurant's chef's recommended lunch menu was the best value in the restaurant and it was a great introduction to Korean food.

If you are on business this is a great hotel. Checkin at the 18th floor lounge. They offer free happy hour with snacks you could actually use as dinner. Breakfast in the morning is really nice.
