Sushi omakase is always good for both lunch and dinner. Make sure to have some room for an ice cream dessert because their red bean gelato is also great!

One of my favorite sushi too. chef is Japanese but fluent Korean and English speaker. hes so humorous and fed me a lot. He always tries to give a tiny change to food based on their customer's feedback

겨울철(11월 - 2월)에 살오른 대방어 먹으러 가기 좋아요. 가게가 엄청 크지 않은데, 사람들이 많아 항상 웨이팅. 예약도 안되서, 대기표들고 한참 기다려야함. 다른 메뉴도 있지만 거의 다 대방어 주문해요. 살점을 크게 썰어주셔서 식감이 좋고, 날치알밥도 주는데 회 올려먹거나 그냥 먹거나하면 돼요. 2호점도 생겼다지만, 그래도 1호점이 낫겠죠?
구운 고등어 초밥. 우니밥. 우니 우동 모두 추천. 특히 쓴 맛이 나지 않는 좋은 품질의 우니를 사용한다는 지인의 평.

김수사 이제는 안갈듯... 예전에 정말 좋아하던 곳이었는데😡예약했는데도 불구하고 30분을 기다리고, 룸아니면 예약안하겠다고했더니 "룸으로 주겠다고"했다가 당일에 테이블 괜찮으시냐고?, 저녁에는 스시예약 미리 안했으면 무조건 사시미 드셔야한다고, 음식 순서 다 뒤바뀌고, 서빙 제대로 안되고, 나중에 녹차물도 없어서 생수 괜찮냐고, 해도해도 너무하더라고요😡

The Sushi course is delicious!
Ambience seems lacking something. stay away from set meals. Had set meal and was disappointed. Some dishes were phenomenal, but some were just so so. Not worth the price. Better options for sushi.

자타가 공인하는 서울 1위의 스시레스토랑이며 서울에 있어줘서 고마운 레스토랑. 항간의 소문에 의하면 적자를 내지 않은 해가 없지만 대표이사의 전폭적인 지지아래 계속 최고의 품을 추구하며 운영하고 있다고 한다. 2013년 리뉴얼이후로 가격이 인상되었다 (더이상 더블초이스카드 발행도 안된다) 하지만 비싸도 무조건 스시카운터에서 먹으세요!

When I want sushi, I always root for this place!
기대가 너무 컸나.... 생각보다 좋은지를 잘 모르겠음... 벽에 엄청 초밥 철학을 구구절절 설명해놓긴 했는데
밥에 단촛물의 단맛이 쎄고, 수분감이 많아 밥알이 쉽게 흐트러져 수저에 올려서 먹지 않으면 먹기 어려울수 있음. But 간장을 잘 적시면 오히려 밥과 간장의 단짠단짠과 부드러운 식감을 느낄수 있다. Tip. 수저에 초밥을 얹어 간장을 떠먹듯이 밥 전체를 살짝 적셔 먹으면 밥 전체적으로 단짠단짠 굳!
