Everything we had was good and it's a nice mix of old and new. Try the prawns in cheese sauce (put the sauce over rice!) for something different.

Signature crab bee hoon is full of wok hei. Makes you want to finish the sauce. Crab is meaty. A bit on the expensive side, but good. Curry fish head also commendable.

Dim sum here is on par with any of top dim sums you can think of. Ambiance here is excellent to give you a comfy feel. Do try out their crispy wasabi-aioli prawns with fresh mango and roe.

Located on second floor of Sim Lim Square, this salted egg yolk chicken in a wok is a crowd pleaser at $5.30. Would suggest getting a fried egg to accompany your meal. Last order at 7.45pm.

Daily coffee is juz plain diluted kopi..sourish. The forest of mushroom is good and soak ur toast in the creamy white wine sauce with the combination of the poached egg yolk! Yummiz! Huat bf so so..
Coming from Melbourne, I daresay Papa Palheta/CSHH is leading the Third Wave of Coffee movement in Singapore. Coffee is great and the staff are passionate about their craft. Thumbs up guys!
