What a great place for hot pot. Service is really good. It's always crowded & you need to wait most of the time. But they serve you drinks & fruit while waiting. Ladies can even get your nail done :)
Not your average steamboat place. Collagen soup, handmade fish-like cake tofu, bowing servers. What's there to ask for? Pretty reasonable to be for the price range. Must try for all steamboat fanatics
The collagen soup base is beyond amazing. One of the best hotpot in Singapore for me. Reservations highly recommended - nearly impossible to just get a table walking in.
AMAZING hotpot place. They take evening reservations until 6pm only, then it's just walk-ins. They give manicures while you wait, tea, snacks, Chinese drama on TV.
High-end hotpot place. Pricey but worth the money. Be prepared to queue but you get free snacks while waiting. Free manicures for the ladies
Fish steamboat & tou fou is yummy!
Try the seafood steamboat I like it better than the fishhead one. Also the prawn paste chicken is one of the best I've eaten

One of my fav places for steamboat. Though waiting staff r mainly Chinese, they r very polite and efficient. Getting more popular, recommended to call for reservation.
Great little hotpot set menu for lunch. Good quality ingredients, lots of sauce, nice atmosphere. Choice of noodles or rice. Very happy and will return.

Excellent fish head steamboat. Other dishes I prefer the Rangoon rd branch.
Pretty expensive fish head steamboat. Admittedly nice flavorful broth. Fish is perfect with the garlic chilli.

The steamboat 'buffet' comes with several items that are limited serving. Nice ambience but I think I prefer real steamboat buffets like those at Chinatown.

Haidilao chains serve the best authentic hotpots in the city. The taste reminds me of Beijing – when it used to be a second home. Try the super spicy variant and you will be in for a ride.
The chicken stock is our favourite soup base. Really liked the black fungus, hand-pulled noodle, yam pieces, pig intestines and mushroom sauce. Also recommend the pig brains if you’re up for it!

Open daily from 11:30am - 6am, so perfect for getting your collagen hot pot fix in the wee hours of the morning :) Beware that getting in and out of the mall is a bit of a maze after-hours.
The place becomes one of must visit local Singaporean food. Try once to have an experience with Chinese style hotpot. 3 types of soup you should try are Mala, Tomato and definitely collagen one.
Order their signature collagen and ginseng chicken broth. Tasted so good it's really nice. Get the fried bean curd too
