Sticky rice with Chinese wolfberries & sultana, finished with sweet peanut powder & coriander. It's pretty damn nice!
Start with the Kurobuta pork belly with sticky seed mustard dressing and the Hiramasa kingfish carpaccio, chilli, capers, lemon, micro coriander and campari salt - very light and flavoursome.
Get the ameijoas (pipis) for entree - the garlic, butter, white wine and coriander sauce will convert even the most staunch non seafood eater. Don't forget the bread to soak up every drop of sauce.
Try the tandoor salmon - pickled cucumbers, coriander and raita make it a fantastic main with lots of flavor
Book ahead for a window table. If using voucher or coupon, note that for the small $$, you get limited, but very tasty menu: A good intro to the chef's food so we'll be back to sample the full fare.
