Food garden on B2F has amazing food from a variety of vendors. The level below sells fresh produce and very good quality seafood, you can also get chirashi bowls here too.

Even if you're not into luxury shopping, the food hall (comprised of prepared/packaged foods and groceries) is worth the visit. For the sweets, the wrapping is impeccable - perfect for gifting!
The basement food hall is a feast for the eyes and the body. Enjoy the samples, pack a snack or stock up on gifts. I was there for the tail end of sakura mochi season.

Foreign currency exchange on the 2nd floor! ATM machine on the 4th floor that accepts bank cards issued in the states. A lifesaver!
One of the few (maybe the last) department stores in Japan that still has old school elevators with elevator girls.
玉川高島屋の南館に行ったことがある人なら、あれをよりモダンにしたイメージと言えばわかりやすいかも。オープン当初は、カジュアルなインテリア用品などもあったが、現在はだいぶ裕福層向けにシフトしてしまった印象。1F/B1Fの飲食・食料品はデパートとは少し違う切り口でありがたい。
