クロワッサン・エシレ50%ブール/有塩（ドゥミ・セル）、クロワッサン・エシレ50%ブール/食塩不使用（ドゥー） 各454円。平日の11時過ぎで、店内を含め約30人待ちの状態。扉を開くと店内からいい香りが漂う。クロワッサンは口コミ通りバター感がとにかく凄い。これまでに食べたクロワッサンで一番美味しかった。(2019年9月 価格記載修正)
Butter croissant
クロワッサンフランセ480円（税別）はフランス産レスキュールバターを使用し、芳醇な香りでとてもおいしい。関税の関係で値段がどうしても高くなるので日本産も用意。クロワッサンジャポネ250円（税別）もパリパリの食感で香ばしい。どちらも絶品ですがバターの違いは味わいに如実に出てます。
クロワッサンばかり話題になるが、バゲット・トラディションが抜群に美味しくてオトク。
バゲット🥖やデニッシュなど日本では美味しい位置付け。しかしクロワッサン🥐価格高過ぎる。パリでは値段が同じ様なPaulはフランスのバターを使っているが半額以下だ。

Straight out of Brooklyn but this coffee shop is crazy cool. In-house roasting, expert baristas, delicious pastries, even coffee ice cream & bourbon. The New York Ring cronut ripoff was great too.

ダッチパンケーキを注文。クロワッサン生地にも近いような薄いパンケーキ生地の中には、生ハム、クリームチーズ、生クリーム、メープルシロップが少々。シロップの甘みと生ハムの塩っ気が絶妙に合います。また食べたくなる味。12:00過ぎの訪問でしたが、パン類がすべて売り切れていました。
Love to sit at the counter in the morning and enjoy a Fuglen coffee and a croissant just out of the oven. Go before 10:30am to snag one. Friendly staff.

The Gotanda branch of this French Bakery chain is possibly the best bakery in the area... But that's not saying much! Come early for the freshly baked croissants and enjoy it on the seats outside.
