The most amazing pork cutlet (katsu) you will ever have. There is only s/m/l options. The katsu is tenderized and then deep fried so it falls apart. Small place, be ready to have no space. Worth it!

Delicious pork cutlet (katsu). I'd say one of the best. You'll have options on the breed of pork. From Kurobuta (Black Pig) to Chamiton who have green tea as part of their diet. Superb & tasty meat

ご存知松尾貴史のお店。さらさらでスパイシーなルーは錦糸町のアキンボにもやや似た味。このルーで食べるカツカレーもオススメ。
目の前で揚げてくれるので食欲をそそる。おいしそうなふわふわのパン粉をつけ、よい音を立て油に入り、揚がったカツをさくさくと切る様を目の前で見せられて、期待が高まるばかり。食べる前から目と耳と鼻で楽しませてくれる。
It is beautiful when they only focus on making one thing great. In this case pork cutlet. Fantastic choice of cuts and sizes, made on order. Unlimited rice and shredded cabbage. Yum.
乃木坂の方のお店と比べるとメニューが少ない感じですが、お店が綺麗でお昼時にサッと食べるにはいい。そこら辺のトンカツより若干高いですが、その分の美味しさがあります。ごはんとキャベツも美味しい。

丸メンチカツバーガー 400円。銀座店限定メニュー。国産牛を使用したジューシーなメンチカツで、ゴロゴロ入った粗みじんの玉ねぎも良いアクセント。トマトベースの特製ソースをたっぷりと纏っている。噛むたびに溢れ出す肉汁をバンズが受け止める。
牛肉のカツです！外は揚げた衣がついているけど、レアなので生肉が苦手なひとは注意。肉にワサビをつけていただきます。麦飯と山芋（とろろ）のハーモニーが良い感じ。
いつも何人か並んでる 肉が生なのでカツだけど案外サッパリしてる お塩でどうぞ
牛カツ食べたければここ！って感じの人気店です。休日の昼時は60分程度並びます。並んでまでも食べる価値があるお店です。
オススメは、ネギ塩カツ定食らしい。ご飯は、白飯とシソから選べる。漬け物がサービス。
冷やしカツカレー丼、夏にぴったり。
