Fluying ✅: This is my favorite park in Tokyo. It's usually much less crowded than others parks in the city. Beautiful all year long and with different styles of gardens. An oasis surrounded by skyscrapers.
Japan Culture Agency Inc. (JCA): Shinjuku Gyoen is one of Tokyo's largest parks, completed in 1906. one of Tokyo's most popular SAKURA (Cherry blossom) viewing spots.
DC DC: It is pretty cheap to get in and fun to see if you have nothing to do...I think it's free on specific days. A very cool park that is not as crowded as Yoyogi, which is not far from it.
Yuen Haw: The path from the Ootorii leading all the way to the main shrine is absolutely beautiful and surreal.
Fluying ✅: Next to Harajuku station is this beautiful Torii which lead to Meiji Jingu shrine.
Rachmat: This is a beautiful place, worth to visit. It is also a place where a big shrine located in the middle of it. Enjoy the clean, beautiful place in the Harajuku area.
Martin Frojd: Gorgeous imperial park in the middle of skyscrapers, with a traditional tea house on a lake.
Ronald: A walk in this garden makes you forget you are in a big city. Great scenery and nature any time of the year. A must visit for photographers and those who seek a little silence.
Japan Culture Agency Inc. (JCA): Hamarikyu is Japanese Feudal Lord's garden during the Edo Period (1603-1867), is one of Tokyo's most famous gardens.
Y.: Beautiful Japanese garden. Seems touristy but do enjoy a cup of matcha and Japanese dessert by the pond. The garden is also filled with maple trees, best time to visit would be in autumn.
JennyJenny: Walking up to the highest point is a must. It's gorgeous in the fall/early winter.
Japan Culture Agency Inc. (JCA): This Traditional Japanese Garden, built around 1700 by Yanagisawa Yoshiyasu by permission of the 5th shogun Tokugawa Tsunayoshi.
Ronald: This garden is alway good for a relaxing walk. There are lots of benches which makes it very convenient for viewing the scenery.
Steffen Torset: I've never seen so many turtles at the same time before! They are everywhere! Excellent and relaxinh view, but worth the admisson for feeding the turtles alone!;-)
NOBUYASU MATSUSHIMA: 磯渡りが池の内に数箇所あります。池の端に飛び飛びに石を配して歩けるようになってます。歩くたびに景観の変化を楽しめます。ただ、落ちないように十分にお気をつけ下さい。池の深さが3mとかなり深いのとスッポンもいるので噛まれると大変です。
