Patrons appear to mainly be english-speaking so it might be a good place to meet foreigners. Huge window goes up on warm nights to expose the storefront. No cover charge!
You probably came for the beer, but their snacks are really good. Meatballs and homemade potato chips are so good.
Great food, spicy, fresh and authentic Chinese. Get just the main course not the whole menu unless you are a man and very hungry 😝
汁なし担々麺は激辛と書いてありますが唐辛子の辛さはあまりないです。山椒で舌が痺れます。一度は食べるべき。BGMはQueenでした。
阿吽と同様に痺れる系の担々麺を出してくれる店。小さい麻婆丼もつけられるがお腹いっぱい舌痺れまくり。担々麺+ライスでちょうど良いかも。

Fantastic craft beer. Daily selection of lager, ale, stout and wheat beers. Sit by the bank and sip a delicious hoppy beer with a view of 'Nerd Kingdom'
Best beer I had in Tokyo. Very clean beer, great use of hops. I can see why people got them to export it everywhere. Worth a visit after walking through the nerd kingdom (akhibara)
A fun little standing bar that sells the full gamut of Hitachino Nest for a reasonable price. The food is in jars and the place is a cozy retro-modern place built in a tunnel. Highly recommended!
The best Sake ever! Especially, sake and oden soup together is priceless.

Sake and prices are great. The owner was super friendly and was able to give descriptions and recommendations for sakes to try. Try the smoked horse sashimi with your drink!
Mom & pop bar specializing in only sake & beer from Nagano prefecture. Cheap Nagano delicacy nibbles for only ¥120. Pro tip: Be sure to get sake flight.

A flight of any 4 tap beers for 1000 yen is the best craft beer flight deal I found in Tokyo. Great selection of beers both local and international.
Great beer selection, rotates weekly, staff is always nice and food is good. If you want to go on busy nights (Friday, etc) either arrive early or reserve, it gets busy!

Traditonal fish dishes are all fresh and excellent. Fried shrimps are my personal favorite.
The specials are very good.
Fish. Mackerel, rice, Daikon, eggplants are all wonderful and don't forget the tempura jumbo shrimp. Price is cheap.
