I got the vegan rainbow ramen and It was so good! We also got the Yuzu Ratanmen which was unbelievable! One of the few places with vegan friendly and non-pork options. Loved it

Fu-Unji. Simple put, the best ramen I've ever had thus far. Get the 950Yen Tsukemen and take a seat. Separate plates for broth and noodles which is nice. Leave with the biggest smile on your face.
I know everyone says get the Tsukemen (aka: noodles on the side) but I enjoyed the ramen much more (one of my favs from our trip).

Best ramen I have had in Japan so far. Rich and savory soup with many kinds of toppings! If you get all the toppings, there's a discount. However, next time I think I'd do without the fish eggs paste.

Tried the regular Ramen 🍜 with an egg and it was delicious! Tiny place but people don't hang around too long so you won't have to wait much.
辛いのが苦手な人は、味噌タンメンがいい。蒙古ラーメンは辛いのが平気な人なら。火木土限定の塩タンメンも美味しかった。
辛いは旨い、すごくシンプルな至言だと思う。初心者は味噌タンメンから。辛さに自信があってもせめて蒙古タンメンで慣らして行くのが吉。古くからの店に負けず劣らず店員さんの対応は素晴らしい。

Stumbled in here Summer 2007 right after it opened. The owner was the only staff. Absolutely fantastic tonkotsu ramen, added multiple extra ajitsuketamago. Came back a year later and still loved it.
The shio ramen is sublime; light but flavorful. The noodles and char siu were perfect. Definitely one of my favorite bowls of ramen in Tokyo.
