Smaller and more intimate than its sister bars, Bar Trench offers amazing cocktails and great ambiance. No smoking! Lots of tourists/ex-pats if you care about that.

Very intimate with the staff preparing the food directly in front of you. There was true authenticity, the feeling of a very Japanese experience. To be sure, the best tonkatsu I've ever had.

Abalone is a must to do here, I suggest not to order top grade beef. I think normal one is pretty good and not too oily. The dessert room is so romantic and you can have everything in the trolley.
