Very Nice view. And the deck is for free
A friend told me to go up if there was no queue and I think that was right. We had time so queued for 20-30 mins, which was fine. Problem was you arrive at the top and see a 20 min queue to come down.
Amazing views of Tokyo, and the spiral ramp is a fun walk. Extra ticket is worth it 💯 I stayed over an hour for a time lapse video, and I loved watching each building light up. Unique experience 👍🏻
Just hope that the view allows you to see Mt Fuji. Pretty sight none the less!

ビアガーデンの営業がない冬期は、客がほとんどおらず、ゆっくりできる穴場スポットです。下の売店や、ケーブルカー駅周辺の売店で温かいものを購入して、展望台のベンチで景色を眺めながらいただくのが最高です。
