Sit by sushi bar. Order as much raw fish to try. I love the fatty tuna the most. Scallops were so delicious too! Can go back for sure! Love sashimi

Absolutely incredible donburi. Wow. Beautiful fresh fish, and tasty! Make sure you ask for the amazing broth when you're finished to enjoy with extra rice. Worth the wait.
Worth the long wait (90 minutes) for their deliciously fresh seafood donburi. I splurged for the 'matsu', great collection of uni, crab, ikura and toro. Top off with soup and rice after meal.

Cheap but good quality eat in Ginza. Hard to find. Go inside small lane next to Mergellina. Ask lunch set (teisyoku) with tofu and chicken soup (tori tofu). Comes with only specific tataki sashimi set

Lunch omakase was fantastic. Raw (still beating!) shrimp, garlic topped sushi, etc. Everything was excellent.

Teppei, the service manager at Nobu Tokyo is really friendly and explains well about dishes he serves. If you are fortunate, you can see Mr. Nobu there. I did!!!! =)

元祖海老丸らーめん 850円。国産小麦100％の平打ち太麺150g。低温真空調理されたスペイン産豚肩ロースの薄切りチャーシュー2枚、煮玉子、メルバトースト、サワークリーム、水菜、トレビス、玉ねぎ。フランス料理の技法で抽出されたオマール海老スープと丸鶏・モミジを15時間煮込んだ鶏白湯スープを9:1の割合で合わせたＷスープ。よくある海老だしではなく、まさにビスク。海老の濃厚な旨味を楽しめる一杯。
金曜日の12時頃に行って、中待ち3人、外待ち1人で着席まで10分かかりました。元祖海老丸らーめんは、オマール海老で作られたスープがドロドロしていて、他所では食べられない味わい。ただ、量が少ないので、大盛り(100円)にするか、〆のリゾット(300円)を注文すると良いと思います。
