Great Hotel. Iif you are new to the hotel, you have to enter the hotel from the woodlands Mall Road across from Macy's. it took me a bit to figure it out late at night when I first arrived.

Checking in after midnight was a pain in the b. Staff hard to find, computer issue with new day, asked is to sit down for awhile....not gonna happen. I'm tired and booked online -
No free wifi; no complimentary breakfast; no fridges, microwaves, or bathroom exhaust fans in the rooms; stained carpet; and tiny double beds. Stay elsewhere!
The location is prime for all that there is to do in downtown.

Comfy rooms. The parking is redic. We had six rooms and one car but still had to park on the street two blocks away.
Service was great. Amenities in the rooms are nice, you just have to ask for them. It includes teapots, yoga mats and foam pillows! The restaurant Daily Grill is very good too. Good visit!

Great place. I like the room layouts with mini fridge. Also they have extra blankets and pillows in the rooms. Friendly staff! Only negative is back door just opens not sure how secure the place is.

Runners, turn left out the hotel and 0.8 miles down the road is Riverside Park. A lengthy, lit bike and pedestrian trail that goes all the way downtown, snaking alongside the Arkansas River.
All about the little things. Elevator key card that auto-selects your floor. TV that stays on your last channel when turned back on. Free W/D for wet swimsuits. Nearby mountain running trails. Love.
