According to my friend, who lived in Vietnam, this is the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine in all of Bali. And damn is it delicious. And damn is it spicy.

The wet burrito was fantastic; fresh ingredients, an authentic Mexican flavor, and made with care to boot. That and two margaritas later I'm sure I'll be back here again.
While certainly more of a tex-mex than authentic Mexican style of tacos, they are excellent. Fresh ingredients, good flavour, and generous use of avocados. Very good sangria as well!

One of the best authentic Mughlai cuisine is served here. They are quick with service, polite staff and if you have any confusion in ordering then feel free to ask them to suggest.

Reservations are a must or you will be turned away. Get the coconut curry and ask for it to be spicy!
Make sure you make a reservation, each night I saw them turning customers away bcos there are only 8 tables and reservations made.
Ibu rai was the best restaurant on bali until now, and we did all the touristic things(sunset beach dinner, seminyak restaurants, etc.), but nothing compared to the authenticity of Ibu rai!!!
Totally not authentic food. It's made for the tourists. I've ordered the ginger tofu, but half of the dish wasn't available. If you want to eat real Indonesian food, please go somewhere else

Salted fish is amazing and the squid ink rice is good too. For dessert - coconut pineapple shaved ice & ovaltine parfait are so good (that I actually had 2 desserts)

A piece of Italy in Ubud. Great service. Amazing ambience. Everything was great. The only thing is that there wasn’t much goat cheese in tortellini compared to ricotta.
Nice Italian restaurant, reasonably priced, great pizzas. Most of their wine is quite expensive, but if you like red wine I would suggest trying one of their Indonesian bottles.

A lovely restaurant in a picture perfect garden,away from the busy streets of Ubud. The home made pasta is divine and so is the staff! Pay a little more for this secret garden,it's worth it!
