Michael Haaf: The Yam and Cheese roll is my favourite roll in Vancouver. It has everything - yam, Cheese... Also avocado, veggies, and black rice. It's wonderful.
Mary L: All sushi is made with black rice. The chirashi bowl is an especially good deal at around $10 and comes with miso soup. They also have a selection of books on trains to read before your meal arrives!

Angel Clemente: Get the taco combo with 2 carnitas and 2 al pastor. Get a papa/chorizo quesadilla and/or sope. Their mojitos are also excellent. End with a tres leches cake. Delicioso!

Maca Waca: Great scallop roll. Favourite roll: Double Tuna Roll (without tempura or ponzu - although I'm sure it's great with those as well) . Great service, thoughtful of special food requirements.
Miriam Shanahan: Easily the best sushi in kitsilano, if not, Vancouver. The spicy tuna appy and Chef's roll are ultimate faves. Get a side of spicy sauce as well - it's homemade and sans mayo, it won't disappoint!
