Erin LG: Fantastic flavors. Sour, tangy, spicy, savory. The fish in banana leaf was delicious, and the pork sausage was fresh and juicy. Loved the sticky rice appetizer.

Serious Eats: Be prepared to wait for your handmade sausages, but take that time to befriend the gregarious staff. The snappy half-smoke sandwich with grilled peppers and onions is worth the wait.
