    "Fishing is good, restrooms are located at the start of the pier. Rubys is located at the end of the pier, there is no live bait. High tide is the best time to fish Balboa. Bring sunblock and some snac"

    "Food is great at the restaurant and they validate parking. Live bait is available on the short pier for $5 all day. 1/2 day boats leave in am and are reasonably priced."
