- Also the food in Helford hospital cafe is pretty damn good for hospital food and is insanely cheap. Don't forget if you need time to collect yourself the coy fish pond and rose garden are lifesavers.
From Helmsford hospital east wing, some rooms have views of the R/C enthusiasts flying their cool toys in aerial maneuver. Check them out!- The nurses are incredible & the atmosphere is much better than being in a regular hospital for the patient & their family. Hate that mom is here but I wouldn't want her any other place fighting cancer

Thai City delivers here for FREE! Just tell them what building. Super easy, cheap and convenient! Read more- when you're feeling a little stressed or blue a nice walk through the rose gardens is the best for calming nerves

Don't have blind faith in the nursing staff here. Compassion for very sick and vulnerable people is apparently not part of the new hire screening process
