This club is the best among the net in Sunnyvale since here one finds a true work-out atmosphere and the soundtrack is the best.
Annette is by far the better spin instructor out of all the instructors here! She's a perfect person to wake you up at a 6 am spin session.
Don CumminsFebruary 11, 2015Nice updated machines, but location a little too small for the amount of people they attract here. Plus parking can be an issue sharing a small strip mall.
Pick up after yourself; if you move a piece of equipment, put out back! Others don't want it in their way or to have to look for it when they need it.
If the mayor is in the house, feel free to hop off the treadmill, otherwise a pooch will be waiting for you at your car
Come here in the early afternoon or late morn. Plenty of parking and the gym is empty.- Try to use treadmill #3 when possible, treadmill #1 gets noisy once u speed up. Just don't let the mayor catch u on his treadmill when he's here, he'll tickle like no tomorrow
Come in the morning around 8am. Less people and plenty of parking.

Parking sucks during the lunch rush. Great gym for bench press.- If the mayor is in the house, you have until the count of 10 to get off, otherwise a pooch will be hanging out by your car when you leave

Janet HApril 24, 2012Wear a hat if you run in the back row treadmills... The sun comes thru the windows- Feel free to give up the treadmill for the mayor when he's in the house, otherwise he might have a pooch waiting for u outside
Come here in the AM around 7ish, crowds are almost non-existent
Parking sucks, but don't think about parking in any of the surrounding office parks. They *will* tow you!

- Parking is awful during rush hours. Avoid it if possible.
