- Enrique Atrapalo BarcelonaApril 2, 2013Airport lost somewhere in between the seventies and the nineties. Interesting. Not many facilities, shops or the like, you 'll get bored fast. but! There's the Sheraton right opposite .. so 70's!Upvoted Feb 18
- Friday nights are a nightmare, especially now EasyJet have moved into T1. Long lines for all food and even coffee. Most places (incl. Starbucks) close early even with hundreds of people around!
- Pauline VJuly 5, 2019Arrive well in advance of your flight (at least 3 hours) as Passport Control moves at a snail’s pace and can take up to 90 minutes.
- Irina A.February 28, 2016If you arrive early or transiting during lunch time, pass by Sheraton hotel, they serve delicious lunch for a great price: salad bar with main course, water and coffee for just 14 euros!
- Sukru HaciogluSeptember 2, 2013If you need to charge your device there are outlets just underneath the small waste bins between the seats of the Malpensa Express train. You need to lift the lid up to expose them.
- Adithya PcAugust 21, 2014The free WiFi is good. Only downside is they spam your mail ID for weeks after you give them the details. And the check in area has a brilliant view of the airport. A plane spotters paradise!
- Paul FarrellSeptember 29, 2014Super efficient early morning and flew through arrivals and customs. Made a mistake choosing a car though, definitely Malpensa express is the way to go.
- The airport is quite big, food quart on departures, however most of the action is be found after security check. Pay attention, that T2 is reached by bus (15min approx.)
- Hyunsoo KimDecember 8, 2014If you have "Priorty Pass", you can use lounge - sala monteverdi or sala pergolesi:-) 밀라노 국제공항 이용해서 떠날 때에 pp 카드(priority pass) 있으면, 사용가능 라운지가 있어요. Sala monteverdi 와 sala pergolesi.
- Zahra JleAugust 23, 2020One of the most disciplined airports in the world. always order a coffe here since it would be your last coffe in Itally sadly :))

- ✈️ If you're carrying your goods on board, you can claim your VAT refund post-security and post-passport control for Terminal 1 boarding area B. No need to wait in line in the departure hall ✈️
- Arrived at the new finger of the airport terminal 1...colours and design are quite good but the organization is awful!!! 30 mins queue at the passport control, just two planes landed that night!!!
- Minkle TantikornphanJanuary 4, 2020From the TSA to the gate is a really long way with the duty free shopping stores in between. Prepare to spare some time walking to your flight gate.
- FerasJune 23, 2015Go to Sala Montale if youre early for your flight, Its very convenient and nice. Have a safe trip.
- The easiest way to reach central station is to take the bus - 8€ one way, 14€ return ticket. On terminal 1, bus stop is on exit 4 - there are 3 different bus companies- the same price and quality
- الروان⚜️December 20, 2018The Duty Free is so addictive, also you must try Venchi ice cream before your flight
- Zeki Mert BarutJanuary 2, 2020Hungry? There are Cafes with reasonable prices near the gates, so no need to hurry to eat before passport check!
- Very classy airport, like the city. Super clean, it feels like walking through a luxury gallery.
- Tim PressmanAugust 25, 2018Easy check I’mn and a good lounge selection. Best is that you can overnight at the Sheraton and walk directly into the terminals
- better to use the toilet before entering the immigration line it's always empty and usually clean.
- Harald B.August 29, 2014In case you have a tight schedule and a long queue at the security checks take the fast lane at the right side. Show your Senator card or pay €10,--
- Kim MartinJune 17, 2014If you are travelling from the B Gate side and wanting food/drinks, there is a restaurant right at the gates and the food and drinks are MUCH nicer AND cheaper than at the restaurants near the shops!
- You have to watch out for your own stuff, you can easily been robbed!
- Beautiful security trays, but man, how lame is it that if you don't have lounge access, need power and want to sit, you are screwed. 0.25% of seats are close to a plug.
- VIP Lounge @ Gate B is a good place to pick up free snacks if you're flying business class. Tons of liquer, vino, soda & packaged treats. Free wifi. Must have the invitation from the airline though...
- Mahir TosunAugust 23, 2015Thans to high speed free wifi. Free shop is pretty big. Find to gates very easy.
- DavidApril 25, 2015Pretty big airport. Well organized. Clean. Miss free WiFi. Large shopping area after registration.
- Absolutely one of the worst airports in the world. And certainly a nominee for most unfriendly one! Furthermore, their app is a joke, crashes all the time and has the worst UX I ever experienced.
- Free wifi available w/o registration. Great place where to spot some of the greatest planes around
- You can literally walk for miles without meeting an Alitalia attendant. ALL transfer desks are left unattended, as well as the info points. Thou shall maintain the calm and pray.
- Georgios KaramertzanisApril 21, 2022There is toilets inthe entrance of airport from train station and the next one is miles away after luggage control and before departing gates. Unacceptable. Also few mobile chargers and waiting seats.
- eDreamsMarch 16, 2012If you are in the Terminal 1 and want to eat something, try the Mozzarella Bar Obikà. The Piadinas and Mozzarella di Bufala salads are really good!
- The lounges offer free Wifi. If you don't have lounge access, you can stand outside - but you need to be checked in to use it (the login will verify).
- Igor XavierDecember 14, 2014It's a nice airport. There's a free shuttle between terminal 1 and 2.Few coffes and restaurant's opinions before the departure door.

- Departing Milano...airport under construction. Check in is seriously far away and in different direction from the boarding gate. Lovely shopping center, very international.
- Sinan OncelerMarch 1, 2017I love this place because of the location. You can travel to best ski resorts easily.
- DeeSeptember 12, 2014If your planing to get your tax back make sure u will be at the costumes 3hrs earlier! It gets really busy over there. Airport duty free is good in general.
