Be leery of any Equinox Spa. Not even remotely like a Ritz Spa (e.g., Amelia Island). You will be disappointed and let down - especially facility wise. The gym is the complete opposite of this.
service is awesome here - alex at the front desk is really nice and kenny at the door is always helpful ... just to name a few
