The Madhu's restaurant inside the hotel is rather nice. Service and food both great, as I'm sure my Nan (pictured) will testify. Parking is free for diners. Would recommend
Just jumped on bus 423 to get to hotel quickly for free. Great "PheasantRestaurant" down the street--take your first right after the Marriott, but sometimes you have to make a reservation

Within the Heathrow Free Fare zone, local buses can be used to get to LHR for free. The Hotel Hoppa runs roughly £4.50 each way. 555 goes to T4, cross the road to get one of many to T1/3.
Use the Hotel Hoppa for return trip "round trip" its 8 pounds and the club lounge 3rd floor (free if starwood member) has a great selection of breakfast
