Great suites on the 6th and 7th floor which are reserved for Hilton HHonors guests. Nice and quiet with spacious rooms. Get multiple free cookies at the front desk whenever you want :)- Hotel's park transportation is through a private service. Downtown Disney is an easy walk -- you can take Disney transport from there (but you have to change buses at one of Disney's hotels).
Hotel very nice fixing it up while we were everyone very nice and helpful both elevators working. Stayed on 7th floor. No problems . Ice on floor 2 and 6 and self laundry on 7th floor.

Jeff HMarch 22, 2023The hotel is a little dated but they say a renovation is coming. The restaurant/bar got the job done but it wasn’t big and got crowded. Very convenient to ESPN sports complex and Disney Springs.- If you need a suite room, this is one of the most practical places in the Disney resort complex.

Eat at the new restaurant Evergreen. Great casual spot. And grab a cookie at the front desk on the way out.
You can check out tennis rackets at the desk for usage on the courts.
The transportation to the parks is terrible. 1 bus every 30 minutes. Return trip from Magic Kingdom takes almost an hour.
Nice hotel... kind of old but clean. The elevator is too slow, only one working for the entire hotel
Ants in our room. Valet is never to be found. Disappointed for the cost...
If you don't need it, do not get the accessible room, it sucks :(
