Annie KunwarJanuary 23, 2014Best place to stay in the winter and perhaps otherwise as well. They give cookies when you check in and they are super delicious! The rooms are very cozy; a bit on the smaller side though.
Great location with small but clean, comfortable rooms. Really comfy bed too! However the elevators are ridiculously slow

Delicious welcome chocolate cookies, but the rooms are very small, we hardly could put our stuff anywhere. No minibar and no small fridge available.

Kelly DennisMay 15, 2013travel a lot, stay here often. Rooms are always clean. Standard NYC size. Elevators are slow at peak times. I take stairs a lot. If you are in NYC, why are you eating here expecting high quality food?
