Its an urban mall. Nice enough and gets the job done. Love the hair supply store.
The only mall left in Baltimore City so you know you are bound to see a fight if you come here frequently.

Reign S.June 15, 2011Go up there with someone if possible. Ghetto and not as safe as you would have hope. Best time to go there is when it first opens and leave before the school kids get out.
I like it now that they remodeled be crowded on weekends and Christmas Eve!
Beware of those chickens and pigeons or you might catch salmonella!
Stores have gotten better..still ghetto wit all these kids and baby momma's n shit!
Yes, there really is a photobooth here. It's on the lower level, right outside "Lollipop".
Why Bash this mall if you dont like it then don't go! Yes this mall isn't the safest but it's not like you can go to ANY mall & Feel safe! A Man just got killed at Towson mall last week...
