    If the lines are too long go downstairs to the new kids department. Waaaaaayyy shorter and the kids stuff is absolutely adorable.

    These lines are always obnoxiously slow, and I've never seen the registers upstairs being used. Ever. I like H&M but geez, let's get better customer service!

    The clothing company was established in Västerås, Sweden, in 1947 by Erling Persson though at the time it only sold women's clothing and was called Hennes, Swedish for "hers."
