- KaitlinSeptember 9, 2021What to say that others haven’t? This is the best sushi I’ve ever had. Omakase was spectacular — steelhead, sea bream, blue fin tuna were standouts. P.S. takeout sushi burgers are also fun and yummy.

- Alaa ShakerAugust 8, 2014Omakase is the way to go. Sit at the bar and let them fill you with happiness. Don't expect any Americanized crap. And if you're lucky, yes, Shiro San might be the one serving you at the bar himself!
- Men's Health MagSeptember 16, 2014Chef Shiro Kashiba trained under the legendary Jiro Ono in Tokyo—subject of one of the best food docs ever, Jiro Dreams of Sushi—so it's no wonder it offers the best raw fish experience in Seattle.
