- For wheelchair users, the lift near Starbucks (when it is working) is your best bet for accessing the Upper Mall. Second best is an in-store lift. Avoid the glass ones that serve the parking levels.Upvoted Feb 18
- Rachel ClarkeMay 25, 2017Plenty of shops and the market is great. The food bit if market is best place to go and fine good food and reasonable too
- Jack WilsonOctober 3, 2015Plenty of choice for all shopping needs, grab a Millies shake or a bubble tea from one of the vendors and take a look around.
- SamJune 10, 2012The Arndale market has some really tasty and different food outlets, venture a bit further than Nandos and get a yummy and much cheaper lunch!
- Even the locals get lost in here! Good for a wander and people watching. Free cash machines and toilets around the place.
- The queue for the mens cubicles in all the loos is always very long. Guys!! What are you afraid if, if you need a number one use a flippin‘ urinal!!
- Abdulla7April 26, 2016Huge shopping complex pretty much everything you need and in the centre of the city
- If you feel at all lost, or you'd like to know what shops are nearby, the red screens on low stands throughout the centre show electronic maps (& sometimes job vacancies!). Good luck!
- Khalid AlHaqqan خالد الحقانSeptember 29, 2015Located in the heart of Manchester. Has many entrances. I like the escalator entrance from Market street.
- one of the biggest shopping centres, loved it, great variety of shops.
- Philip StoneMay 19, 2015Great place to shop. Has a large range of shops that suit all tastes. Plenty of places to eat and free WiFi.
- RFebruary 19, 2016You should visit if you are in Manchester because it's right in the city centre and very accessible.
- Phat BuoyOctober 9, 2014Known as "Arnie" to the locals, this colossus of a shopping centre used to be the go to destination Manchester before the Trafford Centre came along. Still worth a walk around at sale season
- Matt WilkinsonApril 16, 2013Park in the car park opposite the MEN arena. £3 all day...not sure why people are complaining about parking.....bloody tourists.
- Wish that the old mall would be updated so that it doesn't look so grotty compared to the 'new' extension! Too many decent shops going under in the old bit owing to perception they're in a worse bit!
- Natalia KędzioraApril 11, 2015A really awesome place, every shop you need is right here, but the food court could be revitalised
- Ihsan PutraJuly 16, 2016Its really big place, lots of places to go shopping at, to eat and just leisure. Very crowded.
- Janneke BoekhorstFebruary 25, 2012Nice mall. We had some breakfast at Druckers, bought some stuff at the Disney store and Superdry. We eat at Bella Italia, goid food especially the antipasti
- Jennifer WalterJanuary 1, 2015Good locaction in the city center and good selection of shops. Always busy.
- Don't bother with the Foodcourt, saturated with chain 'fast food' outlets. Instead, try the numerous independent eateries located in the market.
- Nice selection of shops and not that crowded after 6'30. But not as good as Trafford Centre.
- Congratulations on having sufficient signal to check in!
- Bernard O'SullivanNovember 16, 2013The free wifi here is awesome! Check out my screen shot of the speed test - upload and download!
- If using a chair it's much easier to get to upper level using an in store lift!
- Fashion RiderNovember 15, 2014Right place for shopping fashionable and stylish products for yourself.
- WiFi so slow you'll want to rip out your eyes and feed them to the pigeons that fly through the building.
- Go to the Trafford Centre to avoid extortionate parking prices
- Paul ShawJuly 14, 2010Useful when it's raining for walking from High Street to Corporation Street/Printworks without getting too wet
- Ian FrenchDecember 23, 2020A pigeon flew in here and attacked me in the face while stood near the entrance. It was like an eagle. 1/10 would not recommend.
- ChargeBoxSeptember 23, 2010There's a chargebox here so u can charge ur phone in a secure locker while u have a coffee/ do some shopping. it's in the vodafone store!
- Head to the food court in the market for anything remotely interesting to eat (or to take home to cook).
- This place is a maze! Trace your steps if you're a newcomer
- Most shops open at 11.30 on a sunday, not 11 like most other places.
