My favourite shopping centre. Have the best things u may ever find. Its a little bit expensive, but u can find things with great value as well. When they say "sales", trust me they really do mean it.

Second floor restaurant is nice and big and is a good pitstop for cake in the afternoon. Also a microwave to warm baby food and milk is a nice touch.

Looks like a bomb site just now and has perhaps the rudest staff and longest queues in all of London! Given how many of them are standing around chatting rather than working - why is this?

Avoid the watch repairs (In Time) charged £30 for a new battery. Paid £6.95 at a local key cutter place to me!

Don't come here while it's being refurbished, it's chaos. Signs for up escalators are still up even though they're closed. You end up walking round in circles. Lifts are full & no signage on stairs.
