You can't go wrong with padron peppers and black rice. This place is a little more formal than their Borough Market branch: vegetarians are catered for, but the menu is smaller here overall.
This place is so, so good. You must get the gambas al ajillo, aka the prawns w/garlic. Not spicy. The waitress agreed that they’re the best thing on the menu. Sangria is also fantastic. Get a pitcher
Excellent White Choc & OrangeMousse! Definitely worth a try even if you feel full up after your tapas meal. It is very light and fluffy with no excessive calories. Sorry no pic desert already eaten!
The mixed vegetables bring the med summer to your mouth. Scallops are expensive but exquisite! And I don't know what salad dressing coats the courgette salad but it is addictive. Great experience :)
The ox cheek is outstanding, and the ham selection is definitely great value for money.. Also a great ambience here due to the candles and lighting. Loved it!
Big portions; we found 9 dishes to be more than enough for 4 people. Don't underestimate how tasty the simple sounding salads are - manchegosalad was wonderful.
The bacalao and alioli gratin and the goatscurd baked cheesecake were total delicacies. Great quality of the ingredients and friendly service. Totally going back.
Toasted bread with tomato, alioli side; potato, chorizo and peppertortilla, chickenhamcroquetas, revuelto eggsmushrooms and truffle oil, grilled smoked chorizo on toast w rocket/piquillo.
