Finest luxury building roof deck in New York City. Panoramic views. Real lawn watered from underneath the patio, deck chairs and tables, cabana, and spaciousness- most of the roof is a patio!
Lived here for the last 3 and a half years. The roof is amazing. The bldg shut down for 3 months because of hurricane sandy but I hear there are now several units available for rent. Check it out!- Modern 2-tower glass hi-rise rental building with studio, one, two, & three bedroom apts in the FiDi. This place has lounges, a roof deck and great swimming pool. Call 212-222-4653 for no fee rentals.
If you can avoid the student body it a wonderfull place to live; unless the student body is what you came for then it's the best place to live. Wear a condom.
Great selection of books people leave in the lounge upstairs. I borrowed Life of Pi and loved it. Returned the favor and left Enders Game.
Grab some close friends, cook a good meal with good drinks and take it all up to the roof top. Enjoy the good times!
