ISMarch 11, 2017I would never come back to this place again, they have bed bugs. I had and awful experience, and the management did nothing.They don't care about their costumer. Definitely never coming back!

Paul / PabloOctober 27, 2017WiFi is broken if you use a Chromebook. No amenity for concierge members. Bus noises start at 5am that you can hear from the 9th floor. And plenty of shady people in the lobby.

The fire alarm isn't intrusive at all luckily, nearly didn't wake me up! Free complimentary ham mask from staff, ask the front desk.
Great food and service at Cafe 1055 and the Downtown Sports Bar!

Mark GleyreMay 21, 2013The rooms were horribly HOT! Front desk acted like this was out of the ordinary but checking comments on foursquare and yelp tends to indicate otherwise. No fridge or microwave either. We Left!!!
