KathrynFebruary 26, 2012First time we came here we ordered hot drinks. 5 minutes into drinking our hot drinks in ceramic mugs we were told we needed to wrap it up because they were closing. I've never been back. Waste!
Go in the a.m. & ask the regular morning crew- who orders an iced venti soy sugar free vanilla latte.. tell me who they say!
Takes 20 minutes for the drive thru, gives me a grande drink instead of a venti, does not hand back my gift card. When I park and go in, they insist they don't have it. Beware of this Starbucks!!

Be prepared to wait a very long time in the drive-thru. I spent at least 30 minutes waiting.
Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've tried a couple times now and it's always painfully slow.
