- M. R.April 21, 2011Possibly the busiest train station in the world with 10 train lines intersecting here! The Skyscraper District is at the West Exit, while the East Exit is the shopping district. Get a map!
- Get completely lost and confused the first couple times you come lol. There is a JR exchange office here near the east exit. Line is usually way shorter than at the airport.
- Ty 查佛思January 12, 2015Soo many people at station. Very easy to get lost. If you have trouble finding places, best to just ask a station attendant before straying too far. Easily one of the busiest stations I have been to.
- MagalyDecember 5, 2017A really crowded and busy station! Signs are really clear, but you might get lost!
- ᴡ PadillaApril 13, 2018So. Many. People. Do ask for directions when you get lost, as Japanese people are very kind even when they aren’t so good in English.
- DensFebruary 20, 2015This is really an "all thru Tokyo" tip but whenever you see a drink machine throw in a few Yen & try something new. Don't drink the same thing twice. ProTip: blue light = cold drink, red light = hot!
- CJNApril 29, 2012Southern terrace entrance is easiest for catching the Narita Express. Save yourself a long walk. Just cross the street from the taxi drop off at south entrance and hook around to the right a bit.
- Arief EngahNovember 10, 2020One bloody big station, seriously big. You really wanna know or plan your way around here if you’re on a tight schedule. It should have its own zip code if any. Massive
- I loved it already, maybe because we staying near by, or because it has everything needed

- Kylie WilsonMarch 8, 2017Biggest in Japan! A tourist attraction just for watching the organised chaos.
- ZaraFebruary 5, 2015Busiest train station in the world probably. Know which platform you need to get to in advance if possible to save from getting lost. Hard to find elevators down the the Narita Express platforms.
- Marc UKGOctober 24, 2018Prepare to get lost. This is more a city in itself than a station. You are a true Tokyo pro once you master this station.

- If you, stranger here , in hurry , and mistook west gate and east gate , fastest solution is buy cheapest ticket and through the station. So complicated and difficult. Have a nice trip!

- Biggest in Tokyo. Don’t hesitate to ask around if you’re lost!
- Joy O.December 28, 2014Remember to get the exit gate when heading to a destination at a shinjuku stop. This station is huge and can confuse you.
- World’s busiest station. I am yet to use all the exits. Heart & soul of Tokyo.
- Avoid coming if possible!!! If you HAVE TO come, be really sure of the exit you want and which type of line you are taking (the metro, JR lines, private lines). They're not the same!!!
- Wakhidatik NurfaidaAugust 15, 2013This is the busiest station in Japan. Be careful and dont forget to read the signs. Otherwise you may get lost :p
- Pavel K 🐎🐎🐎June 2, 2013By the way if your ticket appears to be invalid keep walk through the turnstile as they open anyway as you walk through them.
- Huge station. A little confusing. Follow the signs and you'll be ok
- Stan BarnhamMay 24, 2016Busy, busy, busy. Signage tends to be everywhere though, so no need to freak out unless you're looking for something weird.
